Lessons learned from a two-school collaboration to host a virtual recruitment week. A consideration of communications affected by: 1) demographics and learning styles at each school, and how corresponding communications differed, 2) institutional structure around outreach and marketing, and 3) shared student resources that required specific marketing to be inclusive and appropriate for all institutions.
